R. Renee Little RRT
As a 15-year NICU Respiratory Therapist, I know firsthand how isolating and overwhelming the NICU journey can be for parents. I have been fortunate enough to serve alongside some of the very best Physicians, Nurses and Healthcare professionals specializing in the care of these tiny patients over my career .
I have seen hundreds of families navigating NICU life from the bedside and I can tell you it has been some of the most rewarding and some of the most devastating experiences of my life .
After becoming a mom myself,
my entire professional and personal perspective changed for the better - so began the Early stages of
creating our BABY be brave NICU journal.
I am an avid believer in the healing power
of love and spiritual grace -
This Journal was made to encourage parent engagement and build trusting rapport and communication with your hospital staff.
I want it to be your companion through the ups and downs of your NICU journey.
Trust Me your baby is in the very best of care -
be sure to take advantage of all the support your hospital staff provides for you and your baby
and follow along with us here at

Brie Boseo RN
My name is Brie Boseo and I graduated from nursing school in 2006. I knew from day one that I wanted to be a NICU nurse and am so blessed that my dreams became my reality in 2007. I have been in the NICU ever since. Throughout the years I have worked alongside some amazing nurses, respiratory therapists, and neonatologists who have help me become the nurse I am today. While I have learned a lot from my coworkers and the experiences I have had during my career, I have learned the most from the families I have met along the way. There is no stronger parent than a NICU parent! I thank them every day for entrusting me in the care of their most precious little ones.
Outside the NICU I am a wife and a mom to two beautiful kids who are very active!
